You can start anytime, but it is always best to begin with the 1st payday (paycheck date) in January

and allow your present payroll provider to close out the year for you.

You can start the conversion process by emailing all information about your business

and a list of employees in October, November & December so that all of the information needed

is in place and ready for your first payday in January. There is no setup fee.
