We are available to assist you either by phone or email to resolve any payroll related questions.

Your office completes the time sheet provided.

Then, you just email to us in return and we take it from there.

Direct deposit is included (Application must be approved by our ACH processor KotaPay Bank).

Quarterly Tax Returns 941 & the Florida RT-6 Wage Report are also included & filed electronic.

All payroll reports, check stubs, tax filings and so on are delivered to your email address.

If you require traditional paper checks for your employees we can arrange a delivery schedule

If direct deposit is not an option for you consider making payments to your employees

by transferring the Net Pay amount from your bank account directly to your employees bank account.

The advantage of this method of payment is that you are in control of when funds are released from your account.

The big payroll companies require you to prefund your entire payroll.

AFP does not impound any funds from your bank account.

Tax payments to the IRS or Florida Department of Revenue are debited directly from your bank account

on the date the tax is due OR you can make 941 tax payments at https://eftps.gov on your own schedule.

When to pay your employees is decided by you without the direct deposit option.

Those that are enrolled in the direct deposit option will be debited by our ACH processor KotaPay bank

according to the bank’s rules.
